The "even couple" reunited once again. What does the capacity plate max out at in his boat, Dan almost needed the wide angle lens for this action shot!

    Careful!

You know Mike is an extremely sensitive guy! I do however see a striking resemblance in this image. Someone in it looks like Oliver Hardy and its not Tubes.

I think it is the mustache!

I just googled Miami Vice and I stand corrected.

That team was Tubbs and Crockett.

Woodfish said at the flea market he wanted to change the club name to Bass Belly's! I wonder why he said that?

Looks like I cannot store my reels in the fridge or freezer anymore. I can't wait to hear the explanation from Shimano.I guess that means I cannot be a cold weather fisherman anymore.

Whose gonna rescue Blackcloud when his boat breaks down, not me. Chili cheese dogs were outta this world, doesn't get any better than that for breakfast. Who needs breakfast sandwiches, menu went pretty smooth, next reccomendation, get rid of the burgers, go with chicken bbq. Hats off to the kitchen staff for a job well done, I thought the whole flea market went well. It went so well Blackcloud should be the permanent chairperson for that event. Kudos to all that helped.

M.Bass I agree with your statement above. Maybe the combination of a chicken BBQ and the flea market might bring in more people. Blackcloud already had his 1st breakdown and he hasn't even been on the water yet, He was going to take his boat over to the Marsh on Sunday, but his Batteries were dead.

    Yeah,

I think Flea Market Chairman is a 4 year term. Must have an iron stomach to eat chile dogs for breakfast. Chile and Chowder were great. Actually all the food was good but I did miss the breakfast sandwiches with the cigarette ashes in them!

All the old timer's in the club know about the flea market Chairman . I did it for many years before I retired from the club a few years back. And don't get any bright ideas of returning it to me, I did my time.......we need some new blood with great ideas..(aka Blackcloud)......I think he did a great job....
    More advertizing (lol)

Maybe next year I can bring my popcorn maker and we sell popcorn..What do think about that?

No need to share your intimate conversations with Amy, with the guys from the club.As for your maintenance program astuteness, you need to say that baloney to someone who doesn't know you.

That photo looks like a scene out of Grumpy Old Men. Sorry I couldn't make the flea market but I had a date with Anna. She was so cold that I had ice on my rod tip.

In regards to the BASS Northern Division on the Flats this weekend, how about 82 out of 192 entries blanking on day 1, many, many others came in with little or no weight. That is somewhat comforting, as to the many times I have struggled down there. Don"t let Esterly know the guy in 2nd place had all smallies, nice smallies, or he'll hunt them down, like he does those at Blue Marsh. I think his middle name is smallmouth.

How does one get a boat to dry out when it has been raining for 5 days? I had as much water in my boat as Furnace Bay. I even got some of the sand from Furnace Bay in my boat. Oh well, that is a story for another day.

Mine is finally dry after having a fan blowing on it since sunday night, but I don't have any sand (or fish) in the boat on Sunday.

Rumor has it that since his "significant other" is fishing with "Nip" in the Tuesday Night tournaments this season that there may just be a return of the team "Herman and Moore" as a replacement for team "Nip and Tuck". With the first Tuesday night tournament just around the corner, time will tell if "Tubs and Senkos" with once again grace the waters of Blue Marsh!

    Boy, I can hardly wait....

  • If the rumor of team H&M teaming up again is true, I might even fish some of the Tuesday night tournaments just to watch the two Pro's at work.

  • There was a sighting of Dave Herman today at the Burger King across from Cabela's buying extra food for the Tuesday Night tournaments.

Are you sure that was Dave? I know Mike keeps an ample amount of snacks in his boat. I would think he would share them with his partner?
