Gentleman, I just wanted to remind everyone that you will be signing up for the April 17 & 18 Potomac River and May 2 Flats tournaments at this meeting. Also, as you know, April 3 is the spring buddy tournament. Boat check starts at 5am. Anyone that can arrive prior to 5am to help out would be greatly appreciated. I also will need people to help at the weigh-in. I hope to see the club represented with as many member participants as possible. I know fishing Blue Marsh in the spring can be tough but Don Auchenbach agreed to allow club members to follow him all day.

Yes, Flea Market back on an over! Was last Saturday. Most guys stay at Indianhead or across the street. Carl and I are staying up at Waldorf at the Holiday Inn.

I'm not gaining weight, I am retaining food!

Dan-you can mail the form and check to me, but make it out to Berks Bassmasters. I'll enter you in the Potomac. Will you be fishing the May 2 on the Flats? If you are, that money is also due at this meeting. I'm staying at the Indian Head.

Some guys must be living in another time warp. i'll be there for set-up and weigh-in. At last month's meeting, I signed up for boat check and weigh-in. I have orange plastic ribbon for the boat check. One piece for 1st flight, and 2 pieces for the second flight, Darryl with have to let me know where the cut will be. Will boats have to check in when returning to the weigh-in?

Mike at this time I was only going to have a single flight. If for some reason we have too many boats I will then have a second. Either way I will be coming in early to get things ready. I will again be recruiting guys the morning of to be at the weigh-in. Here's who I have as of the last meeting. The morning table Don A,Kyle E and myself. Boat check you and Carl W. Ramp Duane, R Rushing and Kern. Coffee and doughnuts Cleon. Weigh-in me, you, Duane Kyle and Bucky.

  • Happy Easter! How did the weight in go? Were many fish caught?

I want to thank everybody who turned out to help Saturday. Things seemed to run well! Only one small problem at the end. Again thanks for the help!
